Check your email. I took out some of the injection control pressure from 40 degrees C and below. What kind of ambient temps are you experiencing there. Now that its winter time I can get a better handle on the cold start stuff.

Right now mornings are about 5*C. Once were into winter it's between -15*C to 0*C (sometimes colder). I'll play with it and see what it does.
