What did Ford do to the TQShift to make it handle the new power of the 6.4?
Is it done through tuning or did they change some internal parts?

i was thinking a new tq converter and some interanls plus programing, but cant find anything SOLID in evidence, willbe intersting to know

The torqshift with the proper tuning is holding up pretty well behind a tuned truck. I don't see what Ford could do to it more than what we are already throwing at it.

True dat, I was just wondering what Ford's idea was. They obviously have faith in the strength of the tqshift to throw an extra 75 ft.lbs and 25 h.p with only a tune change.
I wonder how many people had transmission service denied because they had a tuner installed and were told the transmission could not handle the extra power
