Does the pcm use ?

the oil pressure data from the oil pressure dummy guage sensor..ie .do you need to "T" into the manifold to allow for the ford pressure sensor to stay or just take it out and put your new oil pressure gauge(I don't have one yet) fitting in....Will you get a check engine light?

You will get a check gauge light cause the oil pressure will read zero. Let me look into if the pcm needs it for anything else.
