To the top right when looking at a user profile, there is a little box in the corner that says" unsername, is person is on a distingushied road, or username has diabled this feature". What does this mean?

Its a user reputation thingy. Its new in the new versions of vBulletin. Its for fuck tards like Mitch. You can slam someones user reputation or build it up.
