ISSUE:
Some 2003-2007 F-Super Duty and 2003-2005 Excursion vehicles equipped with 6.0L diesel engines may exhibit a leaking heater core. The majority of repeat heater core leaks are due to a high flow rate or use of poor quality coolant.
ACTION:
Follow the Service Procedure steps to correct the heater core if it is leaking, review the location of the leakage and check the condition of the coolant.
