Today at work I pulled in a white smoking truck for the city. I figure ok just another leaking egr cooler, right. Nope, this thing was not just leaking, it was pouring coolant into the exhaust. So I try to pull the egr valve out to make sure it was leaking. I finally pull this thing out with a pair of monster pliers and someone else hanging on a 2 ft prybar. I noticed that there was coolant rust all over everything, the little orange rubber peice sprayed coolant everywhere. So I fill it up with water, and put the pressure tester on it. This thing went up to 5 psi and bubbled coolant into the intake. Every wire harness on this thing was like a rock, and the exhaust and intake were full of water. So I sat there and jammed a rubber hose with the air blower on it into every hole on the thing. This thing had oil that looked like gray pudding in it. By the time I got done getting that EGR Cooler out I was one mad, orange, gray pudding speckeled, wet down, black handed dude.

It needs an engine. Was the black plastic piece that holds the oil filter in place melted? I got an engine from a 550 that had coolant pouring from the tailpipe. It got EXTREMELY hot. When the coolant system goes to shit the oil cooler will probably rupture also.
