Oil Temp and Water Temp Tap? [Archive]

Were is the best place to tap for the oil temp and water temp gauges?

tapped the top of my oil filter lid..thats what doug suggested..i may still tap the oil pan..but i will be fucked if i mess up the pan..oh well I know where extras are..and I know it can be taken off with out removing the motor,doug.

The top of my oil filter lid is already tapped for the oil pressure gauge.

I have my oil temp tee'd into my oil guard. I have the billet oil filter caps. The water temp is tee'd into my coolant filter.
