Adding Ooomph to an E350?

Hey Doug or others, my bud has a 2004 E350 6.0L 4x4 and wants to make it go better. He's impressed with what I have done to mine. I have only ever glanced under the hood and it all looks very tight (Toit loik a toiga), and no one makes mention of their performance adders working in a van.

i would imagine a pcm out a truck would help it good bit, i think theyre power is substantially short of what the F series make. i dont know if programming alone can make up for it?

Programming alone CAN make up for it. However due to package constraints CAUTION needs to be taken. Hell the oil filter is remote mounted on the bottom and the lines run under the hot ass turbo up pipes. I haven't seen any exhausts dedicated to them, But the downpipe is extremely easy to put on vans cause the back of the motor is accessable.
