How do I load a file

Ok first let me put it out there that Im a computer Idiot. Doug just sent me two files. Im trying to load them into the XCAL2 . Ive put in the CD clicked on both live link and live load ( just trying different things) It keeps wanting me to install stuff. ( install wizzard) . and Ive tried going through this but it does this over and over. Ive already loaded a race file last week and im trying to remember how he explained it. I feel like im doing it right but doesnt seem to be working . What the fuck ????

Go to SCT an update your Xcal2 with the new drivers.
