SCTs for 7.3L is 400 bucks sitting on your door step. What has been done to the truck?

It has a cold air intake, 4" magnaflow turbo back exhaust(with soon to have a muffler delete pipe),7" of lift with 37" tires..Right now I have a super chip tuner on it but I have been reading and hearing alot of good things about sct and your tunes...
