7.3 no power

My dad's 7.3l 350 is running like shit. It has no power. SOmetimes it stalls unexpectly.. Sometimes it wont start. It feels like its getting no fuel but I seel white smoke coming out of the tailpipe. Could the cam sensor going again.

ICP would be the usual suspect for the white smoke which is just fuel puddling instead of spraying from low injection pressure. The cam sensor just tells it when to go through the firing order again.
