ok so i have a 96 2wd PSD, the only thing i have done to it is a bigger compressor wheel. i am fairly new to the diesel scene let alone moddin one so here comes the questions. i want more power but not tryin to go overboard with it. one of my problems is that i dont know whats the best products to use on my truck. i am getting my homemade intake tube this week, but what about exhaust, chip/programer, injectors, anything else yall could think of i need. i know im gonna need some gauges so that one is solved, any help is appreicated and thank you. sorry for the long post.

First things first. Change the downpipe and get a real exhaust. Yeah Yeah its money. Don't just rig something up. Then you can start getting you some factory upgrade parts. Like the hpop from a newer truck. Little things. Don't chip that bitch until you get the exhaust done. Then skip the chip until you get a bigger high pressure pump. Yeah Yeah I know the chip is cheaper, but why kill the stock shit.

IMO Tony Wildman has the best tuning for the older trucks, beans diesel performance has awesome injectors and the intake/exhaust were mods i did on my own.

Skip the chip. You will need oil to fire those injectors first and try to get you an intercooler in there.
