after pulling my injectors again( I thought I had a stuck spool valve) I need new washers and coppers. I went to the dealer and I have to buy the whole oring kit per style(7.3 $13.25 and 6.0 $5.65 per injector) to get what I need. I talked to Tadd and the boys and they are sending me what I need. They said they order another brand.
Where can I get these seprate(bottom oring,top oring 6.0l) and (7.3 copper)
And Im not talking the dealer. Please include part numbers and supplier
Thanks

Buddy if you pull the injector replace everything. Take a ride over to international and see if they have them separate.

Here..Let someone with a little more sense answer that a little better
Doug I got this one....
The 7.3 copper are a little better, and thicker, and seat better. When we torque them with the 6.0 washers, which are thinner, then tend to sometimes split apart. We torque them a few ft pounds tighter because of cylinder pressure.

Apparently there is no issue with over torqing the bolt. Oh wait a minute, I could have sworn Ford said something like Don't Over Torque the bolt or it will loosen up.
