ok this truck is really pissing me off now. EGR cooler two weeks ago, Oil sensor last week ( still not fixed) now i have this really strange sound.
Its sorta a griding/binding sound. It only happens when im turning left and only if I am giving it gas at the same time. Never happens when im turning left and coasting. I dont have a better description of the sound, just sorta grinding. I checked for play in my front wheels and cant find any.
Anyone experianced this??:banging:

Are you sure the 4x4 hub isn't locking up?

the noise ended up in being the exhaust pipe banging on the cross member when hitting bumps. the "grinding/binding noise" was the exhaust pipe resting on the cross member when truning left . You know how when you turn left and everything leans right, well left turn the pipe had enough play in it to lean far enough ( only went about 1/8th inch ) to touch and lay on the cross member bolts . then when i gave it gas through the turn i suppose it was vibrating on those bolts causing that sound. anyway i welded up an extra hanger and got it good and tight now and its all quiet now. just in case anyone was curious as to what it was.
