DONT PLUG YOUR DIAGNOSTIC MACHINE INTO A F-650 WITH A 6.4 the new 650's have a international pcm with a 12 volt hot wire in the wrong obd 2 port connector:eek:. you dont need to ask how i know:banging: let's just say i have a $ 7000 dollar pile of junk diagnostic machine. hoping snapon will help with the repair?????????

if anyone needs to know or has the same problem the fix is there is a fuse for overload or wrong power hookup. i changed that yesterday but it still wouldn't work. you need to take the back panel off and there is a real small pin to push for a master reset. the tech line guy that called after i bitched out the first one was a lot of help. man i was ready to shove a modis diagnostic machine up somones ass. anyway it all cool now:rockwoot:

yes Doug they do have the round cable but this truck also had the regular obd-2 plug. so i used that and holy $#!t was that the wrong thing to do:D
i guess it was my dumb ass move for the week:p
