build your own bio-reactor out of a hot water heater and a couple 55 gal. drums. It does the same job for thousands less

hey toby, lets get it done... All we need is a storage unit and we can build our own set up...

I need to find the guy that is making the kits in Lubbock. He picks up the grease at one of my stores. Mike, go inside the grease pit on the store on 34th and see if there is a tank there with his name on it. I wont be back down there until next week.

I have made a few test batches before and its not hard to do. The toughest part of the process for most of you is going to be finding a source of Methanol and Sodium Hydroxide at a reasonable price. Methanol can be found at most lubrication sellers or places that make windshield washer fluid.
The Sodium Hydroxide will be tougher unless you know some place that will sell you chemicals. If you have to pay for chemicals through places like ebay, the money saved isn't really worth the time and effort to make bio.

A few good bio sites:

Gotta have good oil as well. If you use the typical fast food fryer oil you will end up with a ton of waste and little bio.
