Ok, I got a buddy with an 08' KR F-250 and he wants something like his sons (GMC) EDGE box. He wants to turn it up/down, he wants power. What needs to be done to the exhaust and engine? It already has an intake from AFE. Can I have an idea of where the HP will start hurting the trans or over heating the truck?


Oh, don't worry about the gauges... he wouldn't read them if he had them.

I would use a programmer from KEM performance. They can turn off your Regen so you can get rid of the cat and DPF. Power gains are pretty big to!

But how long is that gonna be? We have been waiting for a while. KEM has been tested and works great. If any one wants to do some reading, here is a link to a LONG thread of people trying to figure out how to make it work. It is interesring.... and definatly worth reading.

KEM uses a superchips calibration from an export vehicle. And then they give you 70hp. The sct kills it. Its already being worked on to run the SCT files without regen.

No sir. Its a 9 minute reprogram. Cause it programs the trans too.
