what the problem is?

best way to get it off is loosen the clamp bolt then spray around it with carb cleaner this will loosen the carbon and pop it loose. if that dont work put a long punch or pry bar right on the clamp and smack-it with a hammer to pop it loose. if that dont work use a air hammer and blip the clamp,the vibration will pop it loose.

After using 3 12" extensions and Doing a flying Bruce Lee kick it finally came lose.

Getting the damn clamps back on is another story.
