DOUG: SCT error

I was trying to load a tune and the truck kept flashing TBC fault in the odometer and wouldnt load anything? After about 10 tries it worked?

yes, any file. It was also giving me failed attempt when trying to return to stock a couple times. What does it mean?

I don't think it has anything to do with who's tunes you are loading. This sounds like a communication error like a loose connection at the OBDII port.

Do you have an alarm or anything tapped into key power?

No alarms, no electronic modifications. It starts loading....does the dowloading and gets to about 20% and says dowloading error on the sct and TBC error on the truck. This was while loading DJ's tunes, I have not tried reloading your tune. I put it back to stock now. Why would the trailer brake controller effect the tuner?

I erased all the files and loaded them on the tuner again, and now it worked?

Did you have your foot on the brake while it was uploading? The TBC fault is not affecting the tuner.

no, like I said after erasing the programmer and then re-loading it again everything worked.
