once I ran the 11.86, i definitely was able to breath a bit easier! haha
the work has finally payed off, some of it still sucked, but it all was just a memory that faded in 11.86 seconds haha rocking

By the way, what's the problem with the converter? That thing doesn't have very many miles on it and quite a few people have those hp levels through a stock converter. Probably just Black Bastard being lazy again!

haha BB decided to tear through the converter. it's making all sorts of noise and problems shifting. so thankfully it's a Suncoast and it's lifetime warranty. I'm gonna give a call tomorrow and get this worked out rocking

The converter may have a lifetime warranty, but if its comming apart you might want to stop driving it before it continues to pump metal through the trans. If you pull the pan and it looks like glitter in there, you will be buying a new cooler and possible solenoid body.

THAN it's off to the trans shop to pull the suncoast, send it to them, and wait for them to see what's going on, and send it back. Strap it back in, and than it's off to the races. Suncoast said it'll take about 9 days all together, down and back. So... at this point, some quick math, the latest the truck would be ready is Sept. 2nd :( But in that case- September 5th we race rocking

I talked to the body shop today. Looks like I'll see the truck, earliest, on wednesday. Had a wrong part sent to them and their paint guy takes a few days off this week until tuesday. When he get's back tuesday the truck will be ready for paint and we'll see.
Than to the trans shop. Headaches, but it's all for the better and BB will be cleaner and quicker than ever once all is buttoned up rocking

Ricky- I wish I could say yes, but the way it seems, I might not even have my truck fully prepared by the date. I'm not sure if I'll make it this year, sad to say.

My brother's 03 intake has been in the parts washer for 5 days now. I doubt it's done any good but it wasn't that bad to start with. I may go ahead and get it hot tanked. That will be cheaper than driving to dirty Jersey to run it through the dishwasher!
