My truck has 174000 miles on it and I dont know what has or hasnt been done and was thinking about replacing the injectors. If I do so what is recommended? I mostly use my truck for towing so what does anyone think? Was looking at the beans stage ones.

I was wondering how the OBS stock turbo would work with slightly upgraded injectors? You'd probably be alright. Custom tuning would be the best benefit, you would need tuning if you ran single shot injectors
Your HPOP has to be getting tired too at that mileage if it's never been replaced.
HPOPs, electric fuel pump, injectors, turbo, and a clutch; you'll be set then!

I think the turbo has been rebuilt or changed. Were is the best place to get the HPOP? I had a friend say my truck has some kind of dual system clutch in it sorry I dont remember what he called it.

You could probably benefit by putting on a late model (+99.5) Superduty HPOP. Ford part# F81Z-9A543-CRM
Probably wouldn't need a dual pump setup with towing style injectors, but it wouldn't hurt either.
