i updated my ids and now for some reason i cant save a screen shot wtf..?
i can print a screen shot but not save it to my documents? any help

I have some of the old discs if you would like one.hmmmm i guess i could try one doug, just seems funny after the update that i cant save a screen shot to my documents. do you think the disc i got might be bad ? just wish i was as knowlagable as you on this stuff,it"s probably something simple. i appreciate the help.

yes sir" i can print screen to a printer. befor i could click on the print icon then right click and save image to documents, now when i right click nothing?
