from the info i have (heard) not had it happen to me yet!!! is when you go to reprogram the pcm-tcm and ic it will blank off the tcm and you can not recover it or replace it because tcm"s are on back order and they don't have any. there are people waiting for 2-3 weeks to get a new tcm.

from my understanding it"s the IDS not the programing.

Thanks for the info. This is the exact reason I tell my service manager NOT to touch the PCM. I have a JOB 1 and still have the original flash!!!!

you can now have your 6.4 reflashed with no problems, there are 3 new TSB"S
the IDS release is 58.4 with patch5 or higher.
