I really don't like clicking on a thread and somebody's nasty puss covered crusty ball sack to pop up on my screen.

Perhaps change the setting where any new posts in the threads there will not come up when you click on the "New posts" link on the top of the home page.

Is it for everyone? NO. Its an open forum..I will agree that some things need to be made in the PRIVATE section though. We don't want anyone in trouble at work.
