All

I have posted this on PSN and DG. Just looking for all the input i can get. Thanks

So leaving out on vacation on Friday and ended up turning around. Got my buddy to drop off his scanner and this is what i have so far. I think my sig has most of my mods. Any and all input is helpful.

Codes (STC had no codes)

P0299- TC/SC Underboost

EGR Codes (delete so no big deal
P0403
P0405
P0487

P1000 OBD II

P2128 Throttle/ PDL Position sensor/ switch 'E' Circuit high

P2138 THR/ PDL Position Sensor/ Switch D/E Correlation

P2140 TP/ APP Sensor/ Switch E/F Voltage Correlation

P0232 Fuel Pump Secondary Circuit high (think this is from the air dog)

P1531 Invalid test - ACC Pedal Movement

So there it all is. Thanks in advance for all the help. The truck seems to drive OK up to 59 MPH. After that 60 MPH to 80 MPH the turbo seems to start to loose boost. I keep my foot into it and then it comes back but is real rough. Let the boost go down to 0 PSI and then get back into it and it comes back for a short time. Then back over again. Tried different tunes and the worse is stock.

Thanks

Baron

Seems like a bad throttle position sensor. Could also be a ground issue or a bad harness/ or plug.

Looks like a bad APP 2 sensor. It is staying at 5 volts all the time. Wont move. Will have the new one on Friday. Thanks to Doug of helping me pin point the issue with some humor.
