Hey Doug.... Just wanted to know if there are any "end user" adjustments people can make with the SCT Xcal 2? I thought I read somewhere that there were.
Thanks.

Only diesel adjustments are for shift points and pressures for the shifts. They don't allow you to make any performance changes unless you step up to a pro-racer package.

Doug - I got bored earlier today and decided to play with these adjustments. The only thing that I did was turn the 1-2 & 2-3 shift pressures up to 5%. I then took it out and drove it and when it would go to shift the truck would go to the rev limiter and not shift at WOT. Driving it normal I didnt notice any difference to speak of and it would shift fine. Why did that happen? Do I have to go in and set my rev's per mile for my tires if I want to adjust these things? I stopped after the second try at WOT and reloaded my standard race tune without any adjustments and the truck runs perfect again. Any idea's?
Thanks,
Scott

Try to set the tire rev per mile and see if that fixes it. If not we will have to adjust some other things. Some of those 3.73 trucks don't see the MPH at the right time so they will hit the rev limit when the trans stuff gets changed. You are on 38s and the computer will only accept a number of 550 rev per mile. Your tires are really a 547 rev and they grow as you go faster. So it can get a little crazy tryin to figure out the real speed.

Thanks Doug - I will just leave it alone. I drove it tonight and it shifts perfect with your settings.
